Westech Construction, Inc. was formed in 1994 by Brad Johnson and Mathew Warrington. Both had come from major Portland area sitework contractors and met when their two firms joint ventured to do the off site work on the Rose Garden (the Blazers’ Arena). Westech was founded to build a site work company that was based on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Westech has a long history of constructing very technically difficult projects for a number of the regions largest contractors and public agencies. Westech’s letters of reference and the awards that Westech has received reflect Westech’s commitment to quality, environmental concerns, and timely completion of the projects that Westech has completed. Our staff has assisted owners, engineers, architects, and general contractors in developing project specific plans that reduce project costs and improve project delivery while maintaining project quality and function. Westech is available to perform budget and constructability analysis during preconstruction phases and to do value engineering on projects that have the design completed.
